Night had fallen over the valley, that much was certain for the synthetic adventurer. One thing that they found earlier today was some kind of massive construct down at the bottom of said valley, having ventured inside of it since it was massive enough some time after the discovery. Now, they were having to flee for their life after they apparently brought the giant back to life after a small interaction with some kind of device inside. They had managed to reach the top of a small hill leading up one side of the valley before they heard what sounded like an avalanche, along with what could be assumed to be a series of much larger devices starting up.
Turning around, they stood in awe in seeing what looked to be a series of hills moving, lights flaring up beneath the foliage before said overgrowth would be splitting apart. Whatever the construct was, it was moving, hundreds of thousands of ton of dirt, rock, trees, animals and other plant life being moved aside or even carried along as the giant lifted upward. Minutes after stalling at a short distance up from its resting place, the machine would angle itself upward, the roars from the engines on it being even more audible to grant it the lift needed to start rising up and out from the valley.
The smaller adventurer just continued to stare at the giant, even flinching when their path slowed slightly and saw one of the behemoth's eyes focus on it, even if for a couple of seconds before resuming it ascent.

So, this critter isn't something I made, rather being a model I acquired from SDx3 after asking, along with a short exchange of tips and a Blender setup to let them familiarize themselves with said app. Some touch-ups regarding rigging and weight paints later, and here we have the obligatory macro of it. I may go back and do a day-time render of it for the sake of it being easier to see the robo, but I will link the original group of images that it comes from so folks can see it in a full-body view.
