Here I am in my Team Punishment MMA trunks with UFC Training Gloves on. I'm sorry for the shitty ass lighting,as its hard at times to get ahold of friends when they work :(.

set the camera on a desk or chair, and turn the flash off... use the timer, and don't move :3 If you move during a longer shutter it'll be blurry. But if you don't move the picture will look tons better than using the flash in a mirror ;)
