An evil witch crafty, Jezebel Spirit Panther named Jezebel "Jessie" Trumaine is up to no good by hooking up young boys and finding out a way to destroy Gusty Valley and all of downtown, and have everyone as her minions.
She lives way underground somewhere by the subway with her giant cauldron and tons of dark poisonous potions.
She's under cover as a seductive pretty fashion designer, journalist, and engineer in architectures
By the way, she's played by Bebe Neuwirth (same voice as Mirage from Aladdin Series and Belladonna)
