wow something i did in color. based heavily on emi isuzu (loved that hair^^) from tenjho tenge, a series which i really need to finish watching. a lot of fantasy based stories have characters using "elemental" based powers and whatnot so i thought "what if someone used the power of radioactive elements?" and this is what i got.
