Seems that there is an open spot in this world for another Lugia, and by touching the Silver Wing, Lukos has been chosen to be a new legendary sea guardian. He is going to have to learn his new job quickly, and also how to elude any public attention; There are going to be a lot of Trainers looking to catch a Lugia, especially one with it's own color variation~
