On this site and in this community, I have seen many different types of original species. Some were noticeable in traits, some were unrecognizable as hybrids (think Folves, nothing against them, I love Stormi). But the truth is, most original species were just plain ol’ hybrids of existing animals. Now, I’ve attempted to create my own original hybrid species, with a HUGE twist. These are Engines, anthro-animal-VEHICLE-HYBRIDS. You heard me correctly. As if the checkered flag and tires didn’t speak itself enough.

Despite my previous tone earlier, this is a species definitely worth sharing. No-one has ever thought of that to begin with, and I’m proud of it. This here is the very first Engine I drew, Speedor Autoavian. A wild and brash condor-racecar hybrid. Known for his racing helmet, tail of exhaust pipes and fire-wings exhorted for his back header, Speedor has it all.

One thing great about this is that I, while designing this, decided to take a LOT of inspiration from art and culture from the 1990’s, especially with the old SatAM cartoons, you know what I mean. So, I really want to know what others think of this. Feel free to let me know below.
