even they share the same hivemind and live in the same hive, zy and paramorphs are two different species.
paramorphs are the result of an experiment horribly (?) went wrong. the zy soon adopted the paramorphs with a heartly welcome in there hives. today, zy and paramorphs live in the same nest. but it's possible to find hives where just zy or paramorphs live.
