When people ask me why I don't take a shower in the evening... this.
This is why.
I had to shower in the evening the other day because I was working in an attic, and I was covered in insulation.
I had to keep turning the hot water down because the water was getting too hot, until the hot water was turned completely off, and the water was still hot. And when I got out of the shower, I was sweating before I even had the chance to completely dry myself off.
So I grabbed my multi-meter and temp probe to find out what the temperature of my "cold" water was, and this was my reading.
One hundred and three point six degrees Fahrenheit! Holy freakin shit! And remember, this was with only my "cold" water valve on!
Screw summer!

Well remember, this is measuring in Fahrenheit.
Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius, but 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
Don't worry, I had to google it, cuz I didn't know either.
Well, I did know the 100 degrees for Celsius, and that water freezes at 0 degrees Celsius, because Celsius is based off the freezing and boiling temps of water, but I didn't know the Fahrenheit. I actually remembered something from Chemistry class! ^^;
