Best Friend and Friend Bear have something in common- they both have friend in there name and their caring mission is to help others make a perfect friend. They also have their own best friend; while Friend is best friends with Secrect, Best Friend is, surprisingly, Surprise!

Surprise Bear loves popping up and shouting "Surprise!" to other bears, sometimes popping out of a box her best friend uses. She also loves parties, and she and her friend are both purple and have ponytails (although, her hair is shorter than Best Friend's). Sometimes, they tease and perform pranks on others, like Funshine and Playful Heart.

And unlike Friend and Secret, they wear friendship bracelets.
