I know precisely how you feel... I was in a long-distance (me in Cali, she in Florida) relationship for 2 years. I loved her so much, but could only see her maybe once a year if I was lucky. Despite distance, love feels just as strong, and hurt feels just as strong, too. Nothing is diminished, but there's such a bigger burden of feeling when you can't outwardly express it. It just shoulders on.
