I always thought it was interesting that he got stabbed in the back by Gaston and almost dies... but then love saves him literally. Not only does he change back into human but he's not about to die from a knife wound anymore! Amazing! It probably would have ruined the happy ending just a bit if he changed back to human but still bleeding all over the place with no doctor nearby. Belle probably could ask around if any of the furniture people were doctors maybe. LOL. Wonder if she still called him Beast after the ending. Did he ever have a real name? Maybe it became a nickname or something? A beast in bed? LOL

But yeah I see your point. Maybe he can change back and forth at will.

Hey it's Disney magic , first they let the tears flow with a sad moment , next thing happens is that everyone but the bad guy lives and are dancing arround. I wonder what piece he or she would have been as an object. A stetascope, the little wooden stick to shove down the tounge?? A medic bag??

Yea i don't see him tending to a wound if he had no hands at all or arms. He would need to give orders to those who could altough they all looked very versatile in doing things without hands. Except the teacups , those just jumped.
Hmm well wounded and hurt i think , only one or 2 die in them and mostly the bad guy in the end. So rest might be just all grogy and hurt.
