Might I have a request?

Oh, my! Thankies for that surprise! That looks absolutely fantastic. I like the perspective of somebody who is observing Shiny and his balloons float into the blue of the sky. It looks dreamy and fun.
The way it is composed with Shiny looking at his balloons it seems like he is taking them for a stroll, perhaps even joining a school of balloons on an airtrip while making sure the lil ones float off too far from the big ones. Always enjoy to read a lot of funfilled stories into such situations.

You drew Shiny also quite nice for the most part. The only three things I can point out that could count as errors are him sporting four instead of three toes on his feetpaws, the musical note on his neckerchief not having the exact shape and there beig too many plates on his back and tail.
Everything else from the body posture and shape, the balloons and the sweet background all are looking wonderful.

I feel happy both about the art and for Shiny's happy experience.

It is beautiful. In case you might like to make some lil edits yet or send me a full size PNG, I'd of course be happy about each and appreciate the gift. You're totodily great and I hope that drawing this brought you just as much joy as me right now.

Would it also be possible for you perhaps to change the shape and amount of the blue plates on his back and tail possibly a little to match with the reference and make the ♪ equal looking to like how it ids in his ref sheet's neckerchief either, Dragontiss?
