Yeah. That's Jackie. Still drudging her way through the Air Force Academy. Proving herself as the first toon ever to be admitted to an American military academy is one thing. But pushing for her dream job means she has to be among the very top of every class, every project, every rating she finds herself in.

And that's about as grueling as it sounds -_- Her friends and acquaintances in Colorado Springs think they understand. As the first toon to be admitted, she's obsessed with proving herself as capable as any human, right?

Not exactly. You see, Jackie wants to fly for the Thunderbirds. That pretty much means she has to be at or near the tip of the spear every step of the way. But now as her academy life approaches its finish, Jackie begins to realize she might just be mortal after all...

And things aren't really going well with Shay... Stress man. It's a killer.

Jackie Hopps is a Zootopia OC I created for a story. It's not just Zootopia universe, but takes place in the larger 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' universe. It's complicated and I know it's not for everyone, but basically, she's the sister of Judy Hopps who dreams of joining the Air Force. The REAL Air Force. The story assumes the WFRR universe plus about 60 years. Toons are just beginning to win the right to serve in branches of the government in the world outside Toontown.
