First of: I’m fine, nothing has happened to me specifically to cause this vent. This is more about noticing people being quick to demonize and judge others based on that person’s own troubles or frustrations. I’ve seen a lot of people be quick to get on the defensive when someone is hurting and lashing out as a result of it.

Listening to the song ‘this is home’ always reminds me of this and other parts. But.. I dunno, it’s painful to see and worse when others don’t try to listen to the folks who know the person and have a better grip on the situation, they rather go into a self-destructive state or start screaming at the person making the situation even worse.

Granted I’m not innocent from this either and am guilty of doing the very same thing! Which I am trying to fix and work on to avoid, I think I’m doing a lot better than I used to but it’d take others to confirm that
