Quentin is a 5ft7in Koala, whom is the main head of a 'Marsupial Society' within the Lunar City. They assist and help operate a few suburban areas in the Lunar City, helping out their fellow marsupials, assisting with anything they need and helping out one another. Very much a friendly sort they are. And Quentin is no exception. He looks out for his fellow marsupials as well as anyone else in general. The koala tends to be a good host, ensuring any guest of his is well-fed, looked after, kept well, etc, etc etc...

Of course, that doesn't mean he has his 'playful' side too. Even then, it's gentler than one may think. Sure, he loves to pouch up others, or hold them into his pouch. But he will usually never 'force' it onto others. Whenever he wants to pouch someone, he'll win them over with kindness. Ensure his pouch-pal is well assured and comforted, before letting them climb on in. He prefers 'natural charm' over hypnosis or any unscrupulous method. That said, if there's something he feels he HAS to pouch up, he may 'cheat' a little.
Sometimes/A lot of the time, those he pouches tend to turn into koalas themselves. Whomever they once were, their previous identity, is stored away in the koala's belly fat, Quentin 'holding on to it'. Said 'storage' is manifested as belly pudge, the koala growing rounder for every identity stored in his belly, kind of like 'perma-fat'. At least, unless Quentin wants to restore the changed koala, upon which a hug to his bellyfur sends the identity back to the fur and restores them to what they once were. He is capable of 'loading' another's identity into someone else (Though the original voice will still be heard over the new body), but he has found very little use for that ability. And he can also 'delete' identities. But he tries to not do that, unless it is agreed upon by both him and the transformed, given it's an irreversible act.

That said, you cause trouble around him, Quentin knows how to deal with them. He often sends troublemakers to 'time out' in his pouch, or just straight into his belly, for a period of time. Upon which they're let out and either shooed away or banned from the society. Or, he turns them into koalas and deletes their identity straight away if he feels what they've done is significant enough to deserve such punishment. Unforgivable ones are just turned into more pouch-lining, so they can help keep his pouch nice and warm.

And sometimes, Quentin does tend to get into slight mischief. Every month, the Marsupial Society holds a 'Pouch Day'. Where marsupials in the 'zoned' areas let their inhibitions loose and start pouching up anyone they see within the area. Mind, those in the area are aware of it, given time to prepare and whatnot. And Quentin is no exception, loving to stuff his pouch full, feel it grow and sway, the passengers kept warm beneath the pouchflap~ It's a nice feeling to him~
