Ah the name Doni occasionally spelt Dony meaning origin or popularity, at least from the Indian background (in Sanskrit it can also mean Ruler of the world)
If from the Celtic is sometimes simply means Brown from the word Donn

When I was a youngster it was my nickname I only found the meaning when I was in my 20s

They came from an interesting "coffee table" type book that my partner picked up a year or so ago.

If you were going for goosebumps, you have succeeded.

If you sought tears, you have them.

If you intended thought and introspection, the flames are kindled, fed and fanned.

Even without intention, some things can apparently cut deeply.

Oh dang! This reminds me of the kind of empty sorrow found in the Dark Souls games. It also feels like dispair is what the girl has, nothing out of revenge, but holding a deep non-meaning to life
