Brother and sister. Conjoined siblings at birth. It's not easy being conjoined to your impassive sister, nor is it easy being conjoined to your scheming brother. But however they do it, these raccoons found a way to get along and tolerate the other to live on the streets this long. It also helps being born with a few extra arms than you should have to pickpockets and win fights with.
