It's a natural organic sugar found in blueberries, peaches, and other fruits. It doesn't promote tooth decade like other sugars, but in large quantities can cause uncontrollable flatulence (and other gastric side-effects). Also xylitol. Refried beans, you say? Pweh! That stuff got nuthin on melted ice cream with sorbitol in it!
