Here's another of my characters from the hero/villain setting of Megalopolis. Chaos Cougar is neither a hero or a villain. He just likes to mess things up by inducing chaos. Sometimes this helps the heroes, but more often just messes up everybody's plans. There is a heroine of the vast city that is trying to convert him to full time hero, but that is going to be quite a challenge.

His cloaking transport is depicted behind him hovering in autopilot mode waiting for him to leap back to the controls.
