The original language in Vulpinia was a mix between French and Spanish.

The inscription says

FOR THE QUEEN AND NATION (or.. for queen and country)

The red markings are markings indicating that it passed through the office of distribution of proaganda (ODP). THe symbol on the right is the "royal" crest. All though greatly simplified for the sake of time effeciency (these would be printed in the thousands, daily using printing presses and stamped after inspection).

Some posters can still be seen in remote villages especially in the Mountains. Many posters have been preserved and put in museaums in Bakaan.
