Not spicy guacamole!
I totally have enough of spicy guacamole not able to enjoy the pleasant flavor of it.Here is what you have to do to get a soft and tasty guac.
Ingredients:
Half onion
4 small and bland avocados
2 fresh tomatoes
Cut the onion and wash it with boiled water repeat this process a couple of times to wash away the strong taste of it, cut the tomatoes and smash the avocado's.
Mix it all
Yes I know it's a silly recipe but maybe you didn't know about washing the onions part.

I am mexican, supposedly, the guacamole was invented here... and I never knew people put spicy crap in it... D: as far as I know, it have only avocado, tomato and onions... XD but, maybe that's how it is made in north of the country... or in USA... XD but so weird... D: never put acid stuffs to that, it oxidates the avocado faster...
I can't find a place where they don't sell guacamole without spicy stuff on it.
Even if they say mild it's not it's just spicy as hell and I can't eat it.
In Uruguay there's a Mexican restaurant that made excellent guacamole perhaps I need to go to Mexican restaurants where that good stuff is make also I'm eager to eat some quesadillas as well
