So jay likes to waste a lot of money on weird and wonderfulthings, including several exotic means of capturing and restraining his friends.
This includes a special hypnosis machine that can entrance ponies simply by spinning the coloured wheel releasing an array of multicoloured lights
Unfortunately, jay being the goof he is, decided to test the effect of the machine...by using it on himself!
Due to the fact that the stopper broke, Jay is now stuck staring into the bright, multicoloured lights, his mind being reduced to hypnotic mush
