It would be natural to see Dewey in this kind of role given that he's got a love of pranking and the charisma and I think showmanship to be quite memorable in the role, as we can see with that quite seductive expression he's given the audience and how dextrously he's flourishing the cards. He's certainly looking sharply dressed and handsome in the outfit so I think there would be no shortage of volunteers and I'd be amongst them.
Though with picking a card perhaps Dewey has a trick or prank for each one, so whichever choice you make it's probably going to be something surprising but probably quite exciting as well. Would be interesting to see what his takes on some of the classic tricks would be as well like the sawing someone in half trick.

Being the sneaky con artist he is, he'd be collecting a lot of money having an audience that would pay to see him, considering his good looks and trustworthy demeanor. Just be careful not to let him steal your wallet if he picks you as his volunteer. And of course, he has tons of other tricks up his sleeves and not just his cards, though since you mentioned the saw-in-half trick, he'd perhaps use either Brent or Riley as the sawed victim, however it would take a lot of talking for Brent to consider doing that role. XD
