The suit was delivered at the con. There were some minor fitment issues that Moop handled immediately and throughout the con. Amazing customer service and service after the sale

Wear Satisfaction

The suit fits perfectly. It is very comfortable and the materials are top notch. Inside of the head is very soft with nothing irritating my skin.

Very happy with the head. I have a huge melon and the head suits the rest of the body perfectly

Space made for a muzzle fan. Easily fitted and implemented. Also eye lids that are a lot of fun to play with in terms of expressions!

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
So so so comfy but warm but that's the deal with fursuits. She fits my body perfectly and complements my shape instead of trying to hide it. The durability so far has been good, some seams have come loose but it's not an issue to fix them. Interior is very comfy and non abrasive. I had no comfort issues besides heat wearing this suit.

Moop found the SOFTEST fur for her. Everyone hugging me said they were blown away with the quality of the material. The colors and materials used are great. Moop took some chances selecting fur but I'm glad they did. Had me apprised of the situation throughout each step.

How was your concept art realized?
Moop did a great job bringing Imogen to life.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
This was my first fursuit and I couldn't be happier. Everything fit perfectly out of the box and what little adjustment that needed to be made Moop took care of on the spot at the convention. The suit fits Moop's toony style and that's why I went with them. I had some concerns because my feet and head are huge but Moop took my concerns seriously and made it so the suit fit wonderfully right out of the box. They installed space for a fan in the muzzle so that makes wearing the suit a lot easier for long periods of time. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome and the experience is priceless


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very easy, just came upon them while browsing twitter and it has been a breeze staying in contact with them


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
As fast as you can get. DMs were answered within hours at the most


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Moop kept me abreast of every change, adjustment and issue immediately with pictures of each step. I don't think you can have a better customer service experience.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
This is a bespoke, custom item that is bringing my fantasy to reality. Waiting a year was expected and I was fine with amount of time taken. Any delays were communicated immediately and worked out. There were a lot of firsts for Moop on this suit which meant the ETA was passed but I am totally fine with that as they communicated every detail and issue with me and kept me apprised of the timeline. This was a custom suit and my first suit, I did not mind waiting a little longer to get it right, but honestly anyone is fooling themselves thinking that their fursuit is going to be finished on time and immediately upon contacting them I gave them and myself a lot of wiggle room in terms of completion.

Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I took a chance on Moop not really knowing their work but I'm happy I did. They were communicative and enthusiastic about the project and their enthusiasm made the process of watching her come together exciting and a pleasure. I hope this review adds to their reputation of being an excellent suit maker and consummate professional, and helps you decide if Moop is the right choice. If you're looking to be turned into a toony soft friend, I can't think of a better deal.
