Yet another Disney OC (I have about 5 or so). Despite her innocent face, she's a mousey from the wrong side of the tracks who soon found herself tangled up in Ratigan's web of crime. Star's major flaw is that she's extremely trusting and gullible,(if not a little dense) and often has to try to flirt her way out of bad situations. In spite of her seemingly empty head, Star is one of Ratigan's top minions and has been found very VERY useful
