Inspired by a dragon named Phobos, drawn here by Negger. I wanted to get something a lot like it on Terlix! In fact even make Terlix's design this fully, and forever as his new design. Though, 
advised against doing that for multiple reasons, so I decided in the end to just get a picture as a sort of ref for what it'd look like but, make no mistake. While this won't be his design used all the time, it will be used often. Besides who doesn't want wing arms???
