So I went to the salon yesterday and asked them to dye my hair a solid natural blonde colour and this is the result. It seems to be a combination of bleach blonde, grey and brownish-black. Hmmmmmmm.

Also damaged hair is SEVERELY damaged

Don't settle
You paid them to do something and to do something right
Go in and complain, especially since they damaged it so badly

It's hard to do sometimes, because you don't want to insult someone etc, but you probably should say something

Oh no, my hairs always been damaged due to my constant bleaching it xD
and I'm not that upset, its one step better to what colour it was

you know what works wonders for damaged hair...hot oil treatment. they sell it in any old store w hair stuff, you just put it in the microwave to heat it up, leave it in your hair for x amount of time, & it comes out all soft & conditioned

Oh yeah, I've tried that, its awesome!
I've also tried yogurt, eggs, deep conditioning treatments, olive oil, beer xD
All work good, but not permanently
