Rowdy got to attend Casi's birthday party a while back, but since the party quickly went in the general direction of crazy he never actually got the chance to give her the present he decided on. Fortunately she's not that hard to find (I mean really, how do you not notice when there's an Arceus around, amirite?), so he was able to catch up with her a couple days after and give it to her then. Granted that Zap Plate is a little too large to fit in the bracelet she usually mounts her plates in, but I'm sure it can be cut down to fit. After all, it's not like they just pop up out of the ground in perfectly sized flat squares, right?

Just in case anyone was wondering, there's no hard feelings between them after that battle they had either. That all stays on the arena floor where it belongs.

(I could write a laundry list of things that gave me fits while working on this, but I won't bore anyone with that, and honestly I think for all the trouble it was worth it. :) )
