Notes: obviously the product of a deranged mind that has looked at to much asian art overall. this has been the biggest lantern i have worked on. and one of my favourites. much like all my completed lanterns it sold kinda quick there. this was also my first time ever to paint on a lantern as well. A woman from i think southern china asked me how many years i had been doing it and that i was wonderful and she had not seen anyone hand painting a lantern since she was a little girl. I took that as a huge compliment.
