Meet Pepper! She's a Latias based off a P-Balloon, so you might be able to guess what kinds of antics she gets herself into XD
She is a friendly and very curious Latias, always getting her snout into new things. She gets along great with Cherry!
She has special magic that can cause inflation, both to herself and to others. Making Pepper sneeze will make her inflate, but if you agitate her, you might end up like a balloon too! Luckily, Pepper is a sturdy Lati, so she can get HUGE without worrying about popping!
