PAYMENT
Payment would be Full and Via PAYPAL. You pay for the full price, there's no "Half now, half later". We can discuss the pic and all like above and i'll draw a basic sketch (basic anatomy, NO DETAILS like eyes, hands, etc) based on what you want me to draw, but before i start drawing THE REAL DEAL starting from what i've previously sketched you have to pay me first, otherwise this fox won't start at all on the real deal.
IMPORTANT: Recently there has been some SCAMMERS around that asks for the basic sketch mentioned above BUT with details BEFORE paying me. That's not how things works over here. When you say that i can see that you want to snatch the detailed sketch then ink/colour over it and claim it yours for free WITHOUT PAYING (Aka a HIT AND RUNNER)
And NO, bribing me by paying me more just to do that is NOT going to work. If you try anything of this you'll get INSTANTLY BLOCKED AND GET A PUBLIC WARNING SO PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF YOUR ACTIONS

-Respect me and my problems. I might have distractions, but i'll do what you want if you don't insult and be nice. I'll be nice to you if you're nice to me.
-If you want me to draw some other user's character, contact them first to have permission and that person must let me know about such permission to me personally. PM screenshots are allowed
-Please please please, if you're going to ask me for a commission in the first note, atleast please tell me ALL the details about what you want in it.. Don't start the petition with "I'd like to have a commission".. Please say more details about what you want because due to time zones it'll take a time before i reply back asking what you'd want if i get that kind of reply.....That means that you must describe how the drawing must be like (poses, expressions, angle of view, etc) and please bring the references of every character that's going to be in it. Have everything ready to send out in the first note first before you send out a blank with a big delay in it
That way it'll save us a lot of time and efforts.

When currency changes happens the image and description's prices are slightly changed, but so far everything's correct for a while
If something new from things i do not like to draw" or similar, or anything else from the rules has something new then they'll get added
