Message I will be posting whenever I will draw AB 2 art until I watch the movie after October the 16th : no I didn't see the movie so sorry if what I draw and describe contradicts canon but don't tell me if that's the case because I don't want to be spoiled so for now I just want to have fun with my imagination thank you
Ugh I hate how she looks more pink on the photogtaphy than on the actual drawing. I swear it's violet-magenta on my sheet of paper
So we know what Mighty looked like when he was young thanks to the first movie, but I don't know if we will have any flashback in the sequel showing what Zeta looked like. So I made up some designs in the meantime. If we do have a flashback I will stop using them but for now those are my headcanons for her 3 young ages. Also you will mock me for my precision, but I headcanon she is 61 in 2019 and Mighty 60, so they were respectively born in 1958 and 1959
1972 : she's 14. I love imagining her parents as big hippies who keep smoking around and forcing their daughter to have a non-violent hippy lifestyle. Naturally, angry and lonely Zeta who fights around to avoid bullying and who only had one friend since childhood, Mighty, hates that. She thinks the concept of peace and love is stupid in that ugly world especially in such an icy desert they have to live in. She refused the weed and the veganism, but at least they demand that she uses the hippy style for her physical apparance. As if she weren't bullied enough for her flashy color, her skinniness, her crooked beak, her fuzzy eyebrows and her crooked fangs that were so crooked she had to start wearing big visible dentures (I KNOW THEY LOOK WEIRD BUT TRY DARWING OLD FASHIONED DENTURES ON A BEAK, GO AHEAD) weren't enough, she now has a feather dress dusting off the floor that gets stuck in her talons at each step, a long straight mane that doesn't suit her and just makes her seem dirty and a stupid flower crown. It makes her study more and more in the hope to become a leader in a way and unwind all her frustration on people (except her friend she secretly crushes on) and hope to find a way to heat the place in a way
1975 : she's 17. She's attacked her rebellion phase to her parents, aka tying her mane in a ponytail/braid, ditching the crown, wearing nailpolish (red) and shortening her feathers into a puffy skirt looking like those dresses in the 1950's-1960's. Despite everything, things went better anyway for her : her dentist finally removed her dentures (because he found her fangs were too fucked up anyway and will be crooked forever), she's starting to be a mean respected bitch in highschool, she's training really hard to fight to become the new leader of Eagle Island now the very old leader is deadly sick, she found out with Mighty she loves rock and listens and dances and plays with him (but first she has to train on a normal guitar), and most importantly : they had their first kiss and he became her boyfriend. Plus he became so much hotter now that puberty gave him muscles ! He can hug her and surround her fully protecting her from that damned cold
Late 1970's early 1980's : she's in her late 10's and early 20's. At last things are very good ! Not only she finally found her own style finding the right size for her eyebrows and mixing up 1970's (feathers combed into wide disco pants) and 1980's (WILD FLUFFY MANE FULL IN HAIRSPRAY) styles and found a new cool color for her claws, dark blue, her personal life got better than ever . She became the leader after having kicked everyone's butt and is obeyed by all, she left her boring parents for good, she hired scientists for an ice cannon project that could help her in her quest for warmth and power, and she settled down with her Mighty living a full couple life with him. Nothing could go wrong now... could it ?...

How did Zeta be presented in the end:
In the 90s: Zeta's age was from a teenager to about 21 years old. At that age she wore braces. Also supposedly Zeta's casual wear was a blue denim jumpsuit.
Present time: Zeta is approximately 40 years old and is already a single mother. The apperance is the same, but the plumage already resembles a mane. She has only 3 teeth left, resembling pointed fangs sticking out from under the beak.
