It sounds difficult since it IS difficult. They have to share everything, even control. If two think to lift the arm and one thinks to lower the arm, the arm gets lifted. Which gives the lion a big disadvantage since he is a former male human, the other two are former female humans. And the two females commonly have the same opinion about what to do.
