1) As many as SFM can allow it. 125 flexes max I think is the limit.
2) Headhacks is basically the head of another model put onto the KM body (or any other model). It's something that's being done in SFM like the anthro MLP models you often see.
Transferring to SFM is just me porting it to Source Filmmaker. I've seen people struggle with it.
Adding fixes would be me adding new options to the model like BiggerBreasts, which would give the model a slider to increase the breast size and shape.
Cleanup is just cleaning up broken or unneeded data. Vanilla's ears were quite weirdly weighted and I fixed them so they wouldn't break that weirdly.
