So there's this stereotype of warriors that we're stupid, thoughtless muscle. But the reality is that mental focus is just as important as physical strength. The flow of battle can change in the blink of an eye, and if you can't see where it's going and react in an instant, you're dead. Some quiet meditation is a great way to focus your mental skill, and my favourite place is a secluded little cove by a forest river. Lots of ambient sound to focus on, nothing to be disturbed by...sometimes I like to just come by here and relax.
