A little bit of an unusual request, but a cute one! Someone suggested Sylvia in a tutu having been hypnotized into acting like a chicken. Sylvia is a dragon type, but she has a mostly fighting move set. That makes her susceptible to psychic pokemon. That shiny hypno thinks he's gotten away with it, but Sylvia's girlfriend is about to put a stop to his shenanigans.
