Quick study of coyote infantry I threw together. The players of my Shadow of the Dog Lord campaign will be travelling south to the coyote islands sometime soon, so I'll need to have a moderate idea of what they look like and how they fight.

Currently, they are very Oriental in influence, a stark contrast from the very European Dar-Koldor and Mediterranean Tar-Koldor. They colour palette is a very muted browns and greens (again, a contrast from Tar-Koldor's navy blue and Dar-Koldor's red), due to the heavy forests on the islands. Most of their armour, consisting of a laminated wood made breastplate, bracers, and a helmet is hidden under long flowing robes. Their ears are forced down to give an aggressive silhouette to frighten their enemies, as well as their spinning blades and flowing cloaks.
