The King and the Florida "Snowman"
Since the image is out on the official web page, I can probably get away with uploading it here. His Majesty asked me very politely if I could redo the gift image in a digital form so they could use it for the site and event stuff, so here it is.
For some reason the king does not look very pleased with the homage someone made of him. It is constructed of sand, oranges for the eyes, a seashell nose, palm fronds for the mane, leaves for the ears, a pineapple chunk for the crown, and a very grumpy starfish for the pendant.
The original version has been hustled off to scraps.

Hey Gen, great picture of His Majesty and His Majesty. ;)
Have you played around with the "multiply" and "overlay" settings in your layer control?
I found http://www.drawfurry.com/?p=7 very helpful and figured I'd share if you hadn't already seen it!

Bedknobs and Broomsticks was one of my absolute favorite movies as a kid, Gen. Magic spells, flying beds, talking animals, and unbeatable suits of armor! :D It was movies like this that helped me grow a love for furry characters.
I just introduced it to my own boys a couple of months ago, and they loved it.
