[painted guitar] stupendous lew
meet stupendous lew
one of two creatures living on the guitar i'm painting
this guitar was utterly ruined by cold & things being dropped on it. it was only in a soft case, and dwelling in the trunk of an 85 benz since summertime.
so you can't play it anymore. but alf (the owner) gave it to me to play WITH.
i'm going for the full late 60s feel + monsters. hence the sunflowers glued inside and the tie-dye look.
real cheap ikea kids' paints, crayola white poster paint, and crayola "paint markers" to make lew himself.
