I was actually trying to write earlier today, but that didn't quite work and then, I thought of a picture that I wanted to draw...but, I'm having a little trouble summoning the inspiration for it It seems my muse goes out during the day (except the very early hours) and the returns at nightfall ...usually

Hehe, I so know what you mean! I'm wrestling a bit with my refurbished realm, there's lots I have to tell about it, but I can't seem to find the proper way of how to do it! There is one idea that came to mind which I quite like and which could work quite well, but it would mean introducing yet another brand new character into the series... and it's not even a series, since I only wrote one story about it so far! But ah well, I'll see how I manage it =~.^= It does seem as if my muse is most productive during night times too, though! She's never here during the ay when I need her! Makes you wonder what the heck she is up to during the day... you think maybe your muse and mine call some muse friends and go out shopping and watching movies or something? =~.^=

I think the muses must be doing SOMETHING! Maybe muses have day clubs and spas they go to where they relax and hang out with other muses and abandon their owners in the process

Yeh! That's not such a big price to pay, is it? After all, with the inspiration they give us at the most inconvenient times, forcing us to write in the dead of night for hours and hours, relinquishing sleep and food, we poor writers deserve to be pampered in those spas as well! It's not fair, not fair I tell you!

usually i go with "demon" as there are supposed to be a pair of black horns that stick up from behind my bangs, but we're just gonna say in this one the wind is making them too poofy to show the horns.

Story thus far: (in 30 words or less, lol)

mom was a husky/pom/GSD mix, and dad was a fox-demon (not a kitsune, but a demon that has vulpine characteristics instead of goat).

And no, they wouldn't be satyrs, while traditionally satyrs were tricksters they weren't demons. What i'm referring to is the Renaissance depiction of the devil used by the Inquisition to convert the pagans of the time to Christianity. The image they used, while very much like a satyr, was actually a representation of the Horned God, which was a man's torso, goat legs and a goat or ram's head. Traditionally he looked rather like a grandfatherly type, but the Inquisition's images were rather horrifying.

Ohh, I see! I'm not all too familiar with much of those kind of creatures; I admit to being for a very small part pagan, but I only follow the feline sides of a couple of those movements =~.^= So most if not all of my knowledge about old gods and demons and mythical creatures is about feline ones. But this is very interesting, I must say! Thank you, and you are welcome too =^_^=

I usually concentrate on more modern-day settings in my writing, but I started overhauling an old idea of mine recently and started writing new stories for it, and the new species I used for it are more primitive, using a mix of half modern technology they found abandoned in the land, and their own old beliefs and such. I'll probably come across some problems there, so I very much appreciate your offer, and I'll probably take you up on it! =^_^=
