Here's an art challenge from the amazingly talented
Sankam
He posted this line art featuring his characters, Cooper and Claire, and offered to let anyone color the drawing for him. Determined to make him regret this decision, I decided to take a stab at it -- and here is the result. I hope he likes it, and I hope you do, too!

Thanks! Yes, :sankam: is a remarkably talented artist -- you should definitely check out his web comic, Persona Animus. So, too, is :KCJAS116: (see the comment above yours); you should definitely check out her work, as well.
I spend a lot of time on FA following comments and people's "favorites," just to see what new art and/or artists I can find. And I am usually not disappointed. On one of my FA meanders I stumbled across :mook280:'s wonderful Damn Good Times flash animation, and that led me to the work of several FA artists I hadn't seen before.
And, finally, thanks for the compliment on my coloring. I pretty much just "eyeballed" the contact shadows (I kinda lucked out; shadows are often a challenge for me). The "cell shading" effect was accomplished with just the pen tool in Photoshop.
