This is the new cat, newly named Sophie. Adopted her from the shelter on the 18th of December, she's around 2 years old. Found half-starved as a stray (around 1) with a litter of kittens. She was fat by the time I got to her, and her kittens have long been adopted out;I didn't have a chance to see them, since the whole kitten thing happened a full year before I came across the cat.

She's photogenic.
