In the past week, one of our senior R&D staff, Dr Luv'ore, submitted a proposal for a new type of STRAYS frame.
Studies and discussion conducted by the higher committee eventually resulted in the approval of its construction albeit with some modifications (finding its looks to be not within protocall standards).

Regards, the head R&D staff agreed to make the changes (although some have still noted that it continued to look too...alluring).

However, the R&D staff along with the newly constructed frame disappeared from the outpost a week after its completion. Security footage failed to show any identifiable suspect during to a extremely thick pink haze fogging the area. Luckily, none of the essential staff were hurt with most of them being off-duty for the weekend.

Several other operational frames were sent to retrieve the frame but came back empty-handed without leads.

However, on Wednesday exactly a week after it's disappearance, Dr Luv'ore returned to the outpost surrendering herself. Upon retrieval Dr Luv'ore was now donning the experimental frame, which had noticeably change from its initial design.

Observation from the frame's visor showed any interesting development to the event that had occur in the day of its disappearance. The investigation committee discovered that the perpetrator of the event was none other than the frame itself. Observation into the frame's programming failed to detect any source of hacking from external sources indicating the possibility of the frame developing sentience which was confirmed during interviews with Dr Luv'ore who claimed the frame having spoken to her.

Dr Luv'ore on the other hand is currently unable to remove the experimental frame from herself stating that the frame refused to do so until it has learnt more about itself. Regardless, it seems that during it disappearance it has made many changes to itself including the addition of unique armaments making use of our nano-reinforced latex along with several gas grenades contains a unique blend of aphrodisiacs and anesthetics.

Further investigation have also revealed, by the 'frame's' own admission, to be involved with the acquisition of our newest STRAY unit 'MOTH' or 'Grace Heather'.

The frame, along with Dr Luv'ore whom has been rather cooperative is now kept under close monitor with the other unit brought back for inspection for possible similar cases. However, the higher ups have shown some eargerness in integrating Dr Luv'ore into the STRAYS team.
