I wanted to play around with making some lighting blurs on some colors while I drew out my design for Basil,a character from Dragon Ball Super,in his power up form that doesn't require any of those steroid candies he ate during the Tournament of Power arc.
I had fun with this one,especially with the lighting effects ^^
