Here's a new entry for my 101 Dalmatian Street Balloon Suit series. This time, Delgado - the fast two-legged pup - is the wearer of the balloon suit. How does he feel about it? Here's what he says:
Delgado: WOW! I really love being a big balloon! I can fly really high now!
