Kitchen Scene among the Mountain people
I found much of my Jaggiri Material recently. They were originally created as enemies to fight in a Fantasy Campaign I ran under the Hero System Rules in the 80's and 90's. Anything "Inked or Finished" will be posted to the gallery, and that which is a badly scanned sketch, or has mostly humans in it will be posted to scraps.
For those looking for cultural information, They were written up in several amateur Table Top RPG ' zines in the 80's and 90's. Extant Information can be seen here:

A domestic Scene, of a Family preparing supper. There was an attempt to make the Jaggir into a Published gaming supplement for Fantasy Hero. It fell apart, but the plan was to do two cultures in conflict, with the Jaggiri in the lowlands and these Humans in the mountains. The culture was based loosely on Himalayan, Kazakh, and similar peoples, so I did a lot of "Every Day" illustrations to get the feel of these people, as I had of the Jaggiri. The mountain folks were a Matrilineal, society, with limited land resources, leading to one wife and several husbands, so that land was never divided into parcels too small to be practical. More Later.
