So as i said, she is a botanist, working on improving plant live in space, she gets very enthusiast about it.
Also, her suit is merely an under-shirt, it was whore when they where weaken by the virus, making there body not falling apart, the suit can also adapt itself to its wearer shape, it is rather skin tight.
In and all, they still need to wear regular clothing, for warmth and dignity X3

To say that her suit is skin tight might be a pretty big understatement with how much is being revealed! Good thing there is regular clothing for her, especially her floral shirt which probably fits her due to her being a botanist!
The pose you did for her here does show how big she is with how much of her is sagging downward and how her caboose is folding on itself. Not only that, but this does a pretty good job in showing how she has to compromise with how big she got! How she has to bend over so she can properly take care of the plant!
