Rekoil always reminded me of Lemmy Koopa except that he also mimics Tigger from Winnie The Pooh.
They always seemed happy just bouncing around on their tails in the stages and there were those very rare ones in World 3's Kreeping Klasps that just sat on their tails but didn't bounce.
