Crime came to the harbor. The mob wanted the long shore men to pay for their jobs. The mob wanted the ships to pay to load and unload cargo.

No one could stand up to the mob enforcers. No one except The Osprey. At first, they laughed at "birdbrain" until they got their asses kicked by this costumed crusader.

It took a couple of weeks until The Osprey and his flock turned the tables and took back the harbor. The mob boss said he would come back. The Osprey scrawled a note: "Come back and I will drop you from the Clock Tower into the shark tank."
