I thought foxes said "yiff-yiff-yiff-yiffty-yiff-th" I watched nature show with a fox place that had foxes running around and begging for fox food you bought from a vendor outside the park, In Japan somewhere.

Foxes are prone to make Yip sounds. Though they can actually also bark(-ish).

As for that place. It is a tad crueler than it sounds and not a place to visit if one cares about animal welfare if you ask me. :<

in times long past a tomb was found to have a pet fox along with a Eurasian man. The fox had a collar embellished with gold and rubies. They were used as rodent eaters in paleolithic times. it is the English aristocracy that invented the cruel sport of fox hunting. I know of a few people (through YouTube) that have a fox as a pet in places like Wyoming and Utah. The owners' state having a fox is sort of like having a puppy since they play with a ball and will allow themselves to learn how to fetch; except the fox acts like a cat on steroids in climbing on all the furniture.
